The Little Ones @ The Hi-Dive- February 13th, 2009

California based indie-pop rockers, The Little Ones will be playing Denver’s Hi-Dive on Friday, February 13th, 2009 with Brett Dennen.

I had the pleasure of seeing these guys two years ago at Bonnaroo, and I found their sound to be reminescent of ’60′s pop such as The Beach Boys, The Beatles, and The Kinks. I appreciated their pop infused energy as well as their unique brand of meodic rock. In July the L.A. five peice released their newest studio album , ”Morning Tide,” which put greater emphasis on their infectious guitar pop and swooning lyrics.

Im looking forward to seeing these guys in a club atmosphere, especially since the Hi-Dive has a killer sound system.
