Quite a few shows at Herman's, in fact, Herman's kinda launched 'em. I agree completely that their lyrics are a bit lackluster, but damn if they don't write excellent music and their live show is spectacular! I caught 'em for the first time at the Mile High Music Fest last year and they were outstanding! I used to not have much respect for 'em, but that show was incredible, absolutely incredible. And my buddy, Dan Battenhouse (also the bassist in my band), got me a backstage pass to speak with 'em, well, everyone but Joe. They are each very humble and very accesible.
